The ERMA business group began operating over 60 years ago and its mainly engaged in real estate development.<\/div><\/header>

LEADERSHIP<\/span>Our<\/em> mission<\/span><\/span><\/h2>
ERMA has developed over 3,000 homes, over 1,000,000 m2 of industrial estates, residential complexes and healthcare facilities, hotels and office buildings. Most of these developments are located in Catalonia, but major developments have also been undertaken in Tenerife, Ibiza, Seville, Madrid and the Principality of Andorra.<\/p>

The hospitality industry is another important activity for the business group. The group has built various hotel complexes.<\/p>
\n

It currently owns and operates hotels in the city of Barcelona.<\/p>
\n

In terms of equity, it owns a portfolio of homes, business premises, offices and car parks aimed at the rental market.<\/p>
\n

One of the group\u2019s main assets is its team of professionals. These professionals have extensive experience in the sector and are fully committed to the present and future of the group.<\/div><\/header>
